Russell Zampich C.E.C.
Russell Zampich is a Culinary Arts Instructor. He has his Bachelors Degree in Vocational Education from Ferris State University. Chef graduated with high honors; Summa Cum Laude(3.9 GPA). He also has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences, Certificates in Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Food Production from Macomb Community College. Chef Zampich is constantly continuing his education by returning to various schools. Chef has been in the industry since he was 15 years old and has been an Executive Chef for over 30 years. He went through a similar culinary arts program at Chippewa Valley High School(Graduate 1989). Through-out Chef Zampich's career he has competed in several international and local culinary art competitions. Winning Best of Show, four gold medals, three silver medals, and two bronze medals. He also received his Certified Executive Chef(CEC) designation through the American Culinary Federation(ACF) in 2012. Chef Zampich is also a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Associations.
